VOF Statistics

Note: The following defined terms are found in the tables linked to above:

Locality: The county or city where the easement deed was recorded and where easement property is located.
Easement: A count of recorded easements given to VOF. Each easement-in-gross counts only once, even though the history may involve several deeds recorded over a period of time in order to completely define the terms governing the easement. Also, many easements allow for property divisions, but in this context, each easement is only counted once.
Acreage: a count of acres restricted by a VOF easement recorded within the given year or locality.
